Oracle Light Touch Program

A scalable program to increase the efficiency of our organization

The challenge: How could we scale our creative team to better support Oracle North American Application’s sales representatives while freeing up more time for our creatives to focus on stretch projects?

The solution: We developed a library of reusable sales pitch themes. These templates could be lightly customized to fit the customer while empowering us to turn around beautiful work in three days or less. The real benefit? Our team now could spend less time designing PowerPoints to free up more time for fresh ideas.

Our Light Touch Kit launched with six resuable theme templates, each one including:

  • Editable theme lockups

  • Printable in-room banner templates

  • A PowerPoint deck

  • Branded Zoom backgrounds

  • Branded Zoom profile pictures

    I creative directed, project managed, and led the program rollout. Diana Corbu designed the templates.

We up-leveled 29 light touch deals each worth $1M + ARR during our rollout quarter.

For some context, that's equivalent to the total number of deals across service levels that the Experience Group supported in the previous quarter.
