A mission-driven manifesto to inspire the Strategic Messaging and Experience team, inspired by the team
The challenge: How could we motivate and inspire a remote team?
The solution: We developed a mission-driven team manifesto to set the team’s direction and solidify our culture.
We launched this manifesto with an engaging team call:
We encouraged teammates to reflect on which values they hold most dear and where they’d like to develop using an interactive Mentimeter board
Each individual received a print package including:
a copy of the manifesto to hang in their home office
a custom note
thanking them for what they bring to the team
highlighting a line of the manifesto inspired by their unique strengths
I wrote and voice acted, Glen Sheehan creative directed, Marius Baciu and Sergiu State video edited.
Each teammate received a personalized note with a unique manifesto line inspired by each individual
