An interactive experience to take Oracle’s FY23 Sales Kickoff from a fundatory to plain old fun

The challenge: How could we get people to actively engage at the biggest employee event of the year?

The solution: We created an interactive RFID experience to gamify information gathering.

  • Each key executive’s message had a banner with a scannable station.

  • Participants scanned each station to receive interactive text messages where they could learn more and engage with the content.

    • We created three sets of potential messages so people scanning at the same time would receive unique texts.

    • Scanning all five stations won participants an Oracle badge and the chance to win a Peloton.
